Are you struggling to juggle responsibilities, keep your energy up, and live the way you truly want?

You feel like you have to do it all: crush it at work, be the best mom, make time for friends, etc..

 ...and do it all while also taking care of your own body and mind. 

You turn to TikTok, Instagram or Pinterest to figure out what works for other people, and end up with folders and folders of saved posts about the latest health hacks or mindset shifts, wondering when you’re going to find that one tip that actually sticks and changes everything. 


Or you decide this time will be different, until real life inevitably creeps back in and you realize it’s been 3 weeks since you did that sunrise meditation+gratitude journal routine you were so excited about. 


Yet again, you’re beating yourself up, wondering why you can’t just stick to something to save your life. Frustration, guilt, and self-criticism enter the chat and refuse to leave. 


Okay, that was a lot - let’s change things up a bit. 

Now imagine actually looking forward to getting out of bed in the morning.

You feel awake, alive, and energized. You don't just "get through" your day, you seize the crap out of it. Self-care fits in like it was always meant to be part of your routine. The best part? When you have an off day (cause life is life, after all), it’s all good. NBD. You know how to reset, and it doesn't mean everything is going to come crashing down- because you've built an Actually Sustainable Routine instead of a house of cards.

So what’s keeping you stuck and beating yourself up for not "doing better"?

Since you’re here and reading this, I don’t think you’re lazy, or incapable, or broken, or any of the other words your brain likes to throw at you when you're down. And you’re definitely not doomed to lie in this pit of despair forever. 


Over the years I've worked with hundreds of clients who feel stuck, and noticed a couple big reasons they struggle: 

REASON #1: You don’t have a game plan.

Imagine you’re driving in a new city, trying to get to this super cool lookout spot you heard about from a friend. Except you have no GPS, only a vague idea of what part of the city it’s in, and your friend didn’t even actually tell you what the view is when you get there. Annoying AF…except so many clients are shortchanging themselves by treating their health the same way- no clarity on where they’re really going or what it’s going to take to get there.  

REASON #2: You can’t figure out where you’re going until you get clear on what TRULY matters to you.

If I had a dollar for every time a client has come to me with a goal in mind, only for it to completely shift over a couple months of working together, I’d have…at least 5 dollars. Lol, joking- this happens all. the. time.


Are they giving up on their goals? Not even close- they’ve shifted their priorities after we clarified what’s important - like actually, really important, not what they think they should be doing - and how they want to show up for themselves and others. This unlocks a whole new source of inspiration and motivation, and changes really take off from there.   

So- what’s it going to take to change this?

I'm going to get real with you for a second- you don’t need more knowledge, you need more clarity. 


Getting clear on your priorities, your values, and your strengths will give you a template for filtering out all the noise and external pressure that comes at you, and create the basis for a roadmap toward what brings you energy and away from what doesn’t. 


After that? It’s all about strategically designing your routines to follow that roadmap.

About your coach

I'm currently in the process of becoming a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) - the recognized gold standard for training in the industry - and have completed over 75 hours of training to date (no weekend courses here!). I'm also a registered occupational therapist, with almost a decade of experience helping people gain the tools to do what's meaningful to them.
