I'm currently in the process of becoming a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) - the recognized gold standard for training in the industry - and have completed over 60 hours of training to date (no weekend courses here!). I'm also a registered occupational therapist, with more than 7 years of experience helping people gain the tools to do what's meaningful to them.
Outside of the office, I'm also a cat mom, geocacher, and serial hobby collector!
