I help them actually - finally - take time for themselves, to do the things that give them energy and make it exciting to get out of bed in the morning (can you imagine??).
I’ve always known I’d be in some kind of helping profession.
When I discovered occupational therapy during my undergrad, it was like finding that dress that fits perfectly and makes you feel amazing- this was what I HAD to do. Helping people get their lives back after an illness or injury, building relationships with my clients, working on what TRULY matters to people - it hit all the right notes.
Fast forward about a decade and I had been working in the field for several years. While I still enjoyed the job itself, all the red tape, bureaucracy, and ever-growing waitlists were weighing really heavily. I started thinking about how I could use the skills I’d spent years developing in a way that still felt impactful, but without the time limits and constraints of the system. But coaching wasn’t the immediate answer for me. It actually took an in-the-know family member to suggest- why not coaching?
And there it was again- that perfect fit moment. Helping people connect with what’s truly important, seeing clients grow and transform under their own power- these were the things I loved most about my work already!
While I do still work as an OT (living in Vancouver, gotta pay the bills…iykyk) I’m so excited to be able to support clients in a space where I can completely meet them where they're at.
With my approach blending years of experience as an OT with proven, science-backed coaching strategies, we create personalized, actionable wellness plans tailored to YOUR needs.

In 2014 I completed my Bachelor's in Social Psychology- I love learning about what makes people tick! After that I completed my Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy and have been working as an OT since then.
As part of my training as a coach, I've completed over 75 hours of coursework in areas such as ethics, health & wellness, and group coaching. It's also my goal to get certified with the International Coaching Federation at the PCC level. I'm deeply committed to ongoing professional development and am a lifelong learner.
