In each session, you'll set the agenda and define what success looks like for you. Then I come in to guide your exploration and ask the right questions to help you uncover new insights about what's important to you, what you want, and what's really getting in your way. You'll feel truly heard, as I listen to what you're both saying, and not saying. Finally, I'll support you to turn those insights into action.
Instead of giving quick fixes or advice, I'll be right by your side, working with you to tap into your own wisdom and find the answers that feel right for you.

Therapy deals with healing pain and conflict within an individual or in relationships. The focus is often on resolving difficulties arising from the past that impact an individual’s emotional functioning in the present, improving overall psychological functioning, and dealing with the present in more emotionally healthy ways.
Coaching, on the other hand, starts with the assumption that clients are emotionally healthy, resourceful, and whole. Coaching resists discussing past situations, experiences, and interpretations, focusing instead on building awareness in the present and creating actionable steps for the future.
